About The Band:
The Anna Alexander Trio mainly performs jazz music, adding a few modern songs for flavor. Anna Alexander, vocalist, has been performing vocally and pianistically for over 25 years. She has used these talents for numerous weddings, churches, retirement communities, nursing homes, choirs, ensembles, CD recordings, and keeping dancers on the floor through many an evening! If you recognize Anna‘s face, that’s because she’s also a swing dancer and learned most of her dancing skills at Lancaster Swing. Chuck Oettel, guitarist, has studied, performed, and taught music for over 40 years. He has played in jazz combos, big bands, show bands, and gospel groups. The highly sought after Mike Truitt will be filling in for Rick Reinhart on keys, and his talent with musical improvisation will amaze you all night long!This trio brings playfulness, skill, and a solid grasp of danceable music to their performance. For this special event, various guest musicians, to be announced at the event, will join the Anna Alexander Trio to add even more musical pizzazz while you enjoy fabulous dances!
